Step 1: Targeted selection of participants (10-14 high potential leaders within your company) Step 2: Meeting with Crux Move Consulting, Master Facilitator of TLC®, leader of the organization and participants Step 3: Three-day program with the leadership group - Participants will be guided through The Leadership Challenge® and explore the 5 practices of effective leaders
Step 4: While the concepts are fresh participants will take advantage of the opportunity to apply their learning "real time" where it will have the biggest impact, with those that they lead. Each leader will take their team through Crux Move's five-phase Team Development Process where they will have ongoing opportunity for valuable assessment and coaching. Leader and Team development will take place simultaneously increasing the overall impact on your organization's culture. Phase 1 - Team Leader Coaching Phase 2 - Pre-program assessments, meetings and interviews Phase 3 - Shared exploration & experiential training session (3 days offsite) Phase 4 - Follow Up - integrating learning into the work and the culture Phase 5 - Team Leader post program consultation and support Step 5: Leaders will meet monthly for a year to continue their leadership development process in combination with individual coaching and consulting sessions Step 6: Leaders will continually evaluate progress by comparing current assessments against the benchmark LPI and Team Self Assessment results and report back to organizational leadership.
