Michael Srodes, MA, LPC
Michael's passion for assisting clients in their journey of growth and discovery is evident from the first time you meet with him. As soon as you begin sharing details about you, your leadership, your team and your organization, you get the sense that he has already become invested in your success and that he is willing to join you for a significant part of your journey. When you can't catch Michael at work you might find him with his wife and one or more of his three kids at ski club, or one of their soccer or baseball games, or on a family hike in the woods. You might also catch him on a Friday night at the State Theater taking in a show from the Budweiser Blues Series. In the fall you might find him renewing his spirit by sitting in a tree stand with his bow (although he'd probably prefer you didn't). Michael has more than 25 years experience in people and organizational development. He has a passion for working with leaders on the hard part of the soft stuff to accomplish the extraordinary. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Alma College and a Master of Arts in Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. He is also licensed as a professional counselor. Send an email to Michael.
Jim Jensen, MA, LPC
Jim has a unique ability to sense and understand the subtle dynamics of a group. He intuitively knows when to pull back, when to throw out his thoughts, and when to ask questions in order to help people feel "safely nudged" into experiences where they can learn and grow in the company of their peers. When not doing Crux Move work, Jim enjoys getting phone calls from his daughter (who is living in Montana), traveling and spending time with his wife, playing his guitar and working with his horses. He has a love of nature and the out-of-doors and loves the fact that he was able to include that facet of his life in his profession. Jim has been involved in designing and facilitating organizational development training programs for the past 20 years. He has experience facilitating groups of employees from all organizational levels ranging from hourly employees to executive management and leadership teams. Jim holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling from Northern Michigan University. He is also licensed as a professional counselor. Send an email to Jim. |
