Michael Srodes, MA, LPC

michael-srodes.jpgMichael has a background in education and counseling psychology, with more than 25 years experience in developing people and organizations. His training is focused on growing teams and leaders, dealing effectively with change and transition, and assisting in the purposeful development of organizational cultures to drive business goals.

Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Alma College and a Master of Arts in Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. He is also licensed as a professional counselor. Send an email to Michael.

 

Jim Jensen, MA, LPC

Jim has been involved in designing and facilitating organizational development training programs for the past 20 years. He has experience facilitating groups of employees from all organizational levels ranging from hourly employees to executive management and leadership teams. Jim's consulting goals are to improve the likelihood of his clients' success by increasing their awareness, interpersonal competence and investment in their fellow employees' success.

Jim holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling from Northern Michigan University. He is also licensed as a professional counselor.  Send an email to Jim.
