We are invested in creating lasting change within organizations. The length of the program will depend on the needs of the leader, team or organization. As an example, a leadership development program may consist of a three-day intensive offsite with overnights and one or more ‘check-in' or follow-up sessions. Our involvement with intact teams can range from a one-day session to two years or more.

Second: Crux Move owns and maintains a secluded, custom designed experiential training site within a ten-minute drive of Yarrow. Our experiential activities include a secluded ropes course, team power pole, and multiple low team challenge sites.
